Hi all, I have a 2001 international 4700 rollback DT466 allison auto with 225k miles that runs great and starts fine when warm or cold except if it sits for more than 3 or 4 days. In most cases where a blower won't start because of cold weather, spraying starter fluid into the carb intake will fix the problem. When starting fluid is used, the car will start and then run fine. no change in crank no start for month a half (probably 10-12 hrs crank time) then it started to hit. 2000 dt 466e will start only with breath of starter fluid then runs good new icp new high pressure pump still only start with a shot hot or cold voltages and grounds on computer show good.
